What experience qualifies you for a town council position?

I’ve been a self-employed business owner for over 30 years. I won three restaurants and I have served on the planet commission for over a year

What changes would you like to see in Summit County? Your town?

The traffic problem getting on and off I 70 resolved

What is your experience with vacation rentals?

I just various vacation rentals throughout the world on vacation over the last 10 years

What impact do you feel the vacation rental industry has in Summit County? Your town?

The vacation rental property business brings lots of people in to summit the county. These people help support our local economy and our businesses.

How do you feel about the current taxes in place for vacation rentals? Do you think more should be added? Do you think any should be reduced?

At this point I think the taxis charge to vacation rentals is fair but I reserve the right to revisit this issue in a couple years

Do you believe we have a workforce housing problem in Summit County? And, if so: what are your suggestions to increase workforce housing?

We have a major workforce housing problem in Summit County. Do you want a solution I can see for fixing this is to develop more workforce/affordable housing.

Town of Silverthorne has been very good to me and I feel privileged to give back and help support the town.
